About

Growing up, I was raised around cars. At a very early age, I loved everything about the automotive world. I spent years learning how to work on them with my dad, and someday dream of owning and driving something truly special. In 2023, I attended my first NASCAR race, the Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona International Speedway. That experience changed everything. With my passion for cars and watching race cars on the track, I thought it was the coolest thing ever. From that moment on, I was hooked on racing. Every race I watch fuels my desire to one day take a leap and compete in the racing industry. This passion led me to pursue this sport further and continue building toward a future in motorsports.

Inspired

My name is Kayden Diederich and I am a 16-year-old aspiring race car driver with a passion for motorsports. I was born and raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and in 2020 my family and I relocated to Bradenton, Florida. When I am not racing, I enjoy watching football, spending time playing games with friends, and attending races.

Family

My racing journey began with iRacing, a virtual racing simulation designed to deliver the most realistic motorsports experience possible. I started competing on the platform in 2022, using it as a way to learn racecraft, strategy, and consistency. In early 2024, something clicked. My confidence and performance took a major step forward, and I began to realize the level of potential I had. Since then I’ve continued to improve steadily, earning a spot among the top 100 oval racers on iRacing out of 175K+ drivers. At the beginning of 2026, I climbed into a real Legend car for the first time. After just a few practice laps, that same feeling from the simulator returned and it clicked. The transition from simulation to real-world racing felt natural and from that moment on, I was completely hooked. Today, my goal is clear: to continue progressing in real-world motorsports and ultimately competing at the highest level of oval racing, NASCAR.
